Does anyone else think this Aid & Attendance Fact Sheet from Patriot Angels is severely misleading?

I have veterans and family members coming in saying they should be receiving a lot more for A&A because if you Google information about A&A, the very first think that pops up is information from Patriot Angels.

Extremely misleading, especially when they conflate A&A under pension and disability comp rules.
