Has anyone else noticed the Medical Opinon/Rational boxes on C&P exams being done on what looks like “fillable boxes”, therefore all information in the box is not displaying rendering the full Medical Opinon/Rational unreadable?

Yes Deidre I have seen that on several C&P exams and I have requested the actual C&P exam with a FOIA still waiting for them to respond.
