I am continuing to work on the Quick Submit issue and the questions regarding ID.Me. I will post any updates I have here.

I have been out of the office this morning, my dad was having some medical tests so sorry for the delayed reply.
Are you still having issues logging in? Do you have two different accounts? One for your personal account as a veteran, and then one for work?

I think I did but I just used my gmail email and it let me in

Thanks about my dad, he’s doing ok. Unfortunately age is not our friend.
