Appointments need to be scheduled in advance. 919-245-2594 The Veteran Service Officer does not keep hard copies of your documents. If the Veteran Service Officer is not available to scan or go over your documents face to face, then you will have to bring them back at another appointment. Please do NOT try to leave your paperwork or documents with other Orange County employees, as they are not responsible for your records. Documents that have been dropped off (abandoned) will be disposed of appropriately.
